Barn Hotel awarded four-star AA rating four months after opening

The Barn at Berryfields has announced that its newly opened on-site accommodation, The Barn Hotel, has been awarded four stars by the AA just four months after opening.

The award marks a significant milestone for the fourth-generation, family-run business, which has evolved from its farming roots into one of the Midlands’ most distinctive hospitality destinations.

The hotel which opened in August 2025 was developed as a natural next step for the venue complementing its established offering, which includes 2 AA Rosette restaurant, private hire spaces, café and pizzeria, bakery, butchery and seasonal events.
