Birmingham will take centre stage this November as celebrities, athletes, and TV personalities come together for Netball Aid - a special charity netball event in support of BBC Children in Need.

The celebrity match will take place at the Utilita Arena Birmingham on Saturday 2 November, from 3pm to 7.45pm.

Netball Aid promises to be a showstopping day of sport, entertainment, and community spirit, featuring some of the nation’s favourite names from sport, television, and social media.

From Love Island stars to sporting legends like Dame Denise Lewis and netball icon Serena Guthrie, fans can expect an unforgettable mix of competition and fun, all for an incredible cause.

The event aims to raise vital funds and awareness for BBC Children in Need, helping to support disadvantaged young people across the UK.

But organisers say that local support is essential to ensure the event continues to thrive in Birmingham in the years ahead.

In a statement, the organisers said: “This isn’t just about netball, it’s about community.

“Birmingham has such a strong sporting heart, and we’d love to see local people, businesses and schools get behind this.

“Every ticket, every share, every sponsor helps us make a lasting difference for children in need.”

Tickets are on sale now, and businesses interested in supporting or sponsoring the event are encouraged to get in touch directly via the website or email Netball Aid to learn more about partnership opportunities.
