UK-based talent advisory and market entry firm PYVITAL will host a high-level UK market entry briefing at the British Embassy in Mexico City - bringing together founders and senior leaders from Mexican and Latin American technology and fintech businesses exploring expansion into the UK.

Taking place on 23 February, The session, titled ‘Exploring the UK Market: What Mexican and LATAM Tech Leaders Need to Know Before Expanding’, is designed to support high-growth companies as they navigate the practical realities of entering the UK and European markets.

The focus will be on the areas that most often determine success, including talent strategy, hiring expectations, employment compliance, governance and early commercial readiness.

Hosted in partnership with the British Embassy, the briefing will feature senior institutional insight from organisations connected to foreign direct investment and international growth, alongside financial and governance perspectives from major international banking institutions supporting cross-border expansion.

PYVITAL is headquartered in Birmingham and is best known in the UK for its talent advisory work with scaling and funded businesses.

Leanne Perry (pictured), founder of PYVITAL, said: “We’re seeing growing interest from Mexican and LATAM technology companies looking towards the UK, but expansion success depends on understanding the market properly, particularly around people, compliance and credibility.

“This session is about sharing practical insight so founders can approach the UK market with clarity and confidence.”
