Birmingham lawyer joins professional services network IR Global
Oksana Howard, a corporate partner at Birmingham-based law firm Clarke Willmott, has joined the global professional services network IR Global as its exclusive Private Equity & Venture Capital member in England.
With extensive experience advising on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and private equity transactions, Oksana will use her new role to support Clarke Willmott’s international clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Oksana (pictured) advises on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, group restructurings and private equity/venture capital transactions and investments, as well as other corporate matters, frequently acting for overseas companies operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Her practice spans a variety of sectors, with notable expertise in technology, renewable energy, sport, hotels and leisure, education, healthcare and manufacturing. #

Oksana also heads up Clarke Willmott’s dedicated Ukraine desk, which was launched to support reconstruction efforts in Ukraine.
The Ukraine desk will assist UK companies seeking to invest in and work on various projects in Ukraine across key sectors, as well as assisting Ukrainian businesses and individuals looking to operate in the UK, by providing comprehensive legal assistance across a broad range of legal matters.
