Birmingham restaurant to Host Exclusive Colomé Wine Dinner
Fazenda Birmingham is set to host a refined evening of wine and gastronomy this November, spotlighting one of Argentina’s most celebrated wineries.
On 13 November, guests will be welcomed to an exclusive Colomé Wine Dinner, featuring a curated four-course menu paired with exceptional wines from the historic Colomé estate, located in the Salta region of northwest Argentina.
Founded in 1831, Colomé is renowned for producing wines from some of the highest vineyards in the world, with altitudes reaching over 3,000 metres.
The evening’s pairings will include standout varietals such as Torrontés, Bonarda, Auténtico Malbec, and the rare Altura Máxima Malbec, each chosen to complement Fazenda’s signature South American cuisine.
Lemlem Yohanes, relationships & events manager at Fazenda, said: “We are delighted to host an exclusive four-course experience paired with exceptional wines from Argentina’s renowned Colomé winery at Fazenda Birmingham.”
The event promises a journey through Argentina’s winemaking legacy, blending bold flavours with elegant storytelling.
With limited availability, the dinner is expected to attract wine enthusiasts, food lovers, and those seeking a unique cultural experience in the heart of Birmingham.
