Bitesize HR strengthens team with administrator appointment

Midlands-based HR consultancy Bitesize HR has appointed a new HR administrator to the team.

Claire Hancox (pictured) joins with more than 20 years of experience spanning administration customer service, recruitment and business operations.

Her varied career has equipped her with a strong understanding of both organisational processes, and the people challenges that businesses face every day.

Previously, Claire spent more than a decade with Crawford & Company, progressing from help desk analyst to ICT service desk manager.

During this time, she developed extensive experience in customer service, operational management and problem-solving before moving into customer service leadership and later recruitment.

Her recruitment career saw her progress from recruitment consultant to recruitment manager, working closely with candidates, employees and business leaders.

In her new role, Claire will work alongside the consultancy team to provide a wide range of HR administration support, helping clients maintain compliant and effective people processes while ensuring projects and day-to-day HR activities run smoothly.
