Burntwood digital agency brings ‘website of the future’ to life
Burntwood-based website and digital marketing agency inLIFE imagined the website of the future - and then brought it to life.
The Staffordshire company used a first of its kind platform IRIS—the inLIFE Real-time Intelligence System – to bring the cyber vision to reality.
The IRIS platform transforms business websites into active tools which create content in the company’s own voice, deliver clear marketing insights and help customers find the answers they need.
IRIS brings together automated publishing, business reporting and company knowledge. It is designed to help businesses keep their websites moving while understanding how their marketing is performing.
David Whitehouse, managing director at inLIFE, said: “We pictured the website of the future, then set about creating it.
“Business owners want their website to stay relevant, sound like them and help them understand what is working. IRIS brings those things together, with the owner setting the direction and choosing how much control to retain.”
Content automation is a central feature. IRIS researches topics and prepares articles in the business’s own voice, using its knowledge, writing preferences and priorities. Users can steer the content towards particular services, audiences or seasonal themes.
Articles can be reviewed before publication or published automatically, with timing informed by connected analytics or a schedule chosen by the business. Content can also be adapted for connected social channels.
David added: “The aim is to give businesses useful support around the jobs that often get pushed aside. They can steer the content, choose their publishing approach and get clearer information without spending their day moving between dashboards.”
IRIS has been developed by the inLIFE team in Staffordshire and can connect with inLIFE websites and compatible sites built elsewhere, subject to a review of the existing setup.
