Business coach launches exclusive workshop to help entrepreneurs with confidence
Business owners looking to start 2026 with renewed focus, direction and balance are invited to take part in a new half-day strategic planning workshop taking place on Wednesday 21 January at the Deer Park, Hoar Cross.
‘Setting Yourself Up for Success in 2026’ has been designed to help entrepreneurs challenge limiting beliefs, refine their goals, strengthen their market positioning and build healthier working habits for the year ahead.
Hosted by coach and PR & communications consultant, Nicola Kathryn Coaching, the workshop will guide business owners through practical mindset and strategy sessions focused on creating sustainable, purpose-led growth.
Nicola Forsyth (pictured) said: “While it can be immensely rewarding, managing a business comes with its unique troubles and challenges – and maintaining a healthy work-life balance is difficult but essential for creating sustainable growth, protecting health and wellbeing and preventing burnout.
“And sometimes we can find ourselves held back by limiting beliefs, overwhelm, procrastination and uncertainty on how to move forward.
“This workshop creates the environment to give business owners the opportunity to gain clarity, reconnect with their purpose, identify their white space to own and set realistic objectives with confidence and intention.
“This isn’t about creating resolutions that fade fast, it’s about giving people the tools and mindset to build lasting momentum — both personally and professionally.”
During the four-hour workshop, attendees will explore how to:
- Challenge limiting beliefs and develop an ownership mindset to support more confident and intentional decision-making.
- Connect with their ‘why’ by refining purpose, sharpening business objectives and setting realistic goals for sustainable growth.
- Strengthen their positioning through identifying market “white space,” crafting a compelling narrative, and building stronger messaging.
- Create a healthier working environment with tools to improve work–life balance and boost productivity without burnout.
Participants will also enjoy a relaxed breakfast on arrival, with time to network and connect with like-minded business owners.
