Lichfield-based coaching practice Nicola Kathryn Coaching will exhibit at one of the UK’s leading workplace wellbeing events to mark the launch of a new boutique fractional coaching offer designed to help organisations develop their people and strengthen sustainable performance.

Making her debut at the Health & Wellbeing at Work Conference at the NEC Birmingham from 10 to 11 March, founder Nicola Forsyth will also offer delegates the opportunity to win a free breathwork workshop for their workplace.

The conference, one of the UK’s largest events dedicated to workplace wellbeing and employee health, brings together HR leaders, business owners and wellbeing professionals to explore practical approaches to building healthier and more productive workplaces.

Nicola Kathryn Coaching partners with organisations to support the personal and professional growth of their people - from graduates through to senior leaders.

Nicola’s approach combines psychology-informed coaching, personality profiling and evidence-based wellbeing practices, including breathwork, to help leaders, teams and individuals manage pressure, improve self-awareness and perform sustainably.

Taking a prevention-first approach enables individuals and organisations to address issues early, strengthening wellbeing and workplace culture while supporting retention, productivity and sustainable performance.

Nicola (pictured) commented: “It’s no secret that UK businesses lose billions each year due to sickness absence and lost productivity, while employees are facing rising levels of stress and burnout.

“Too often organisations take action only when issues have reached clinical or crisis point - or attempt to solve them through one-off initiatives or surface-level wellbeing activity. Our approach aims to bridge that gap by combining personal and professional development coaching with evidence-based wellbeing practices in a prevention-first model.

“As a boutique fractional coaching practice, we partner with organisations to strengthen wellbeing, develop leadership capability and create healthier workplace cultures that support both people and organisational performance.”

The fractional model allows organisations to access leadership coaching, all-colleague coaching, personality profiling and wellbeing support in a flexible way, embedding coaching into the culture of the organisation without the cost or commitment of a permanent role.

Visitors to Nicola Kathryn Coaching’s stand will also have the opportunity to enter a competition to win a free breathwork workshop for their workplace, designed to help employees regulate their nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus and support overall wellbeing.

Nicola added: “Breathwork is one of the simplest and most accessible tools we have to calm the nervous system. When people feel calmer and more regulated, they’re better able to reflect, make more informed decisions and move forward with intentional action.”

Businesses attending the conference are invited to visit Nicola Kathryn Coaching at Stand 18 to learn more about fractional coaching and enter the competition.
