Pioneering business transformation consultancy Discovery has celebrated its 25th anniversary in style, with a glitzy black-tie event held at the National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull.

Founded by Jonathan Evans in 1999, the Worcestershire-based firm welcomed clients and colleagues both past and present, as well as friends and family, to an evening of celebration, fine dining and captivating entertainment.

During the event, Jonathan took the opportunity to thank the people who have worked for and with Discovery over the years, and who have made the business the huge success that it is today.

Over the last 25 years, Discovery has helped hundreds of organisations to maximise team performance by aligning their employees’ skills and behaviours with strategic objectives and company values, and the long-term partnerships it has forged symbolise the effectiveness of its tailored training, recruitment, and development programmes.

The evening was capped off by an inspiring after-dinner speech delivered by Bonita Norris, who in 2010 became the youngest British woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest at the age of just 22.

Recounting her story, she paid tribute to those who had encouraged and helped her to achieve this monumental goal, and expressed her pride in having inspired other young adventurers to literally follow in her footsteps.

Jonathan said: “Our 25th anniversary party was a wonderful evening, and an opportunity to reflect on all the extraordinary people we’ve worked with, and achievements we’ve accomplished, over the course of the last quarter of a century.

“When I set up the business back in ’99, I could never have imagined that we’d be here all this time later, celebrating the fantastic achievements that we’ve made over the years, as well as all the amazing people we’ve met along the way.

“Our longevity is a true testament to the hard work and commitment to excellence that has made Discovery the business it is today, and we couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who has contributed to our journey and growth.’

“Here’s to the next 25 years!’
