Business owners looking for tax efficient ways to invest in or grow their property portfolio can gain expert advice and guidance at the next Alexander Accountancy Property People Burton event.
Alexander Accountancy’s managing director Wayne Penlington (pictured) has been announced as the guest speaker at the next event which will take place on Thursday, 17 September at Burton Rugby Football Club from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.
Attendees can benefit from expert advice from Wayne who will cover how to build and maximise their business as a landlord, the tax implications and the importance of considering the right tax efficient options when investing in property as a sole trader, limited company or holding company.
Hosted by Jon and Sarah Crew from Crew Property, the evening provides businesses with connections to the property industry with an opportunity to build relationships, hear from industry experts and connect with like-minded professionals.
Craig Adams, director of New Chapter Property Finance will provide an update on the current mortgage market and answer any property related questions.
