Businesses to learn how to leverage their data
A webinar focused on how businesses can leverage their data and use business intelligence to speed up their recovery from the effects of the pandemic, is being hosted by Chamber patron and managed service provider Air IT.
Air IT is a national IT provider with a regional base in Birmingham, which is this year celebrating its 40th anniversary.
In addition to IT support, security and strategy services, they also specialise in communications, cyber security and business intelligence.
The online event, being held on 16 June at 1pm, is free to attend and open to all businesses.
Attendees will learn the essentials of business intelligence for SMEs, why it 's an essential post-pandemic tool, and how it can be used to gain a competitive edge, reduce costs and improve the employee experience.
There will also be a live demonstration, followed by an 'ask the expert ' Q&A.
The webinar was launched in response to the hardships and economic downturn many SMEs have experienced due to the pandemic, as well as the misconceptions that business intelligence is reserved for large enterprises.
Tulbir Dosanjh (pictured), Air IT 's business intelligence expert with 10 years of experience in the sector, wants to bust this myth.
He said: “Having worked with a huge variety of clients to develop bespoke data strategies, I know that business intelligence can benefit businesses of all sizes.
“When you refine your data and use it to inform decisions and find new opportunities, you can take your business to a whole new level and I 'm passionate about helping SMEs to make these changes. ”
