CAPE People Development launches new workshop series to support organisations facing performance and people challenges
CAPE People Development has launched a new suite of short, online workshops designed to help business owners, leaders and managers strengthen their people management skills at a time when budgets are tight, but expectations are higher than ever.
CAPE People Development exists to help organisations build confident, capable people leaders by strengthening one of the most important skills in the modern workplace — having better conversations.
The CAPE People Leader Essentials series distils insights from more than five years of delivering CAPE’s flagship developing brilliant people manager’s programme. Across hundreds of organisations, the same management challenges consistently emerge — delegating with confidence, preparing for appraisals, running effective team meetings, keeping top talent engaged and giving feedback confidently.
In response, CAPE has created five focused, two-hour workshops that offer practical, real-world tools people leaders can use immediately. The workshops are designed to be cost-effective and accessible to organisations of all sizes.
The workshop topics include:

• Preparing for appraisal conversations
• How to have effective team meetings (including remote teams)
• How to keep your best people motivated
• How to give feedback
Workshops can be booked individually for £149 + VAT per person, or organisations can purchase the full series for £699 + VAT per person.
