Members can only vote if they are a member of the Birmingham division of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.
The deadline to vote for their four preferred candidates is Friday 29 July.
Each organisation has four votes. Should multiple employees from the same organisation vote in the election, only the first voter 's votes will count.
Once elected, members can serve up to three consecutive three-year teams. During this time, members will promote the work of the Policy team, attend Chamber events, and share feedback from fellow Chamber members and business contacts at the Chamber Council meetings.
Deb Leary OBE (pictured), president of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, said: “We have received a fantastic variety of applicants in this year 's Chamber Council election, with candidates representing a diverse range of sectors and experiences.
“Given that Chamber Council plays an essential role in sharing members ' views and advocating on their behalf, it is important that all Birmingham members have their say for their four preferred candidates.
“I wish all of the candidates luck for the election, and look forward to welcoming those successfully elected to Chamber Council at our Annual General Meeting in November. ”
