A Birmingham-based CGI company harnessed its advanced staging technology to facilitate the sale of a property that had encountered challenges on the market.

Jon Millington, a local luxury agent specialising in prestigious properties at Black & Golds, undertook the sale of a home on the sought-after Lady Byron Lane in Solihull.

Despite its prime location, the property had lingered unsold for an extended period.

Recognising the potential of virtual staging, Jon collaborated with AIIB-3D, resulting in substantial cost savings for the homeowners while infusing a fresh and enticing ambience into the property's interior.

Together with AIIB-3D, Jon methodically selected key rooms for a comprehensive virtual makeover, presenting the home in an entirely new and captivating light.

Within a week, the home's transformed images were ready, prompting an immediate update of the property listing.

Jon said: “The innovative and successful collaboration between Black & Golds and AIIB-3D led to a remarkable transformation.

“The property, previously struggling to attract potential buyers, witnessed an impressive turnaround, being sold within a mere three weeks of the refreshed listing.

“This experience truly underscores the undeniable value of embracing imaginative and inventive approaches within the property industry.”

AIIB-3D say the effective synergy between technologies and dynamic property expertise showcased how creativity and innovation can swiftly culminate in tangible results, breathing life into even the most stagnant property listings.
