During the visit, Henrietta met with key Chamber businesses and local MP Kate Kniverton.

She was accompanied by head of Burton and District Chamber, Richard Brooks and Shaun Gray, Burton Chamber president and managing director of Ginho Group Europe.

Henrietta visited Hardy Signs, the well-known signage business based in Burton which celebrates 30 years in business this year. The party was hosted by general manager Adam Bates and was given a tour of the facilities and manufacturing plant.

Hardy Signs are an award-winning professional traditional and digital signage company which provides quality products and services to a wide range of business sectors all over UK from their manufacturing headquarters in Burton upon Trent.

They design, manufacture and ultimately install signage to exact requirements.

The party then visited the Ginho Group, a Chinese owned business to see how the company has grown exponentially through its European and US distribution based in Burton.

The business designs and distributes specialist parts and complex components with specific tolerances and surface finishes for automotive applications from a purpose-built facility.

Their integrated business model, engineering expertise, collaborative approach, and comprehensive production capabilities ensure the best performance levels in production and high volume economics.

They later met with Burton MP Kate Kniverton where they discussed about promoting businesses in the area. The visit represents the Chamber 's commitment to keep its finger on the pulse of local business and regional policy.

The final visit was to Willshees Waste & Recycling, hosted by business development manager Ben Kelly-Whalley. They were given a tour of the facility which processes up to 300 tons of waste everyday in order to remove the need to go to landfill.
