Chamber hosts successful evening of charitable festivities
More than 50 people attended the Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber of Commerce Christmas Social Networking event at The Boat Inn last week.
Christmas jumpers were worn by many and those who donned their festive woollies gave generously to the chamber charity of choice, St Giles Hospice.
The Boat Inn provided canapes and drinks to attendees who enjoyed an opportunity to exchange business and social stories in the run up to Christmas.
Liam Dillon, chef owner of The Boat Inn said: “It was great to see lots of smiling faces enjoying this festive networking opportunity. Thanks to everyone who ventured out on a chilly December evening to chat to friends, colleagues and other business owners in the area."
Chris Brewerton, divisional director, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber said: “ The photos of the evening and feedback we have received from those in attendance was great and the event was a fantastic way for us to round off the year after the return of our in person events in the Autumn. ”
