Chamber leader hails Royal links in Coronation tribute

Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce chief executive Henrietta Brealey has hailed the business group 's long-standing Royal links in a special Coronation message.

Ms Brealey praised the new King 's 'passion ' for 'brand Britain ' and his support for fostering valuable global connections in a Chamber Coronation tribute.

“We would like to congratulate the King and Queen Consort on the Coronation, ” said the Chambers Chief Executive.

“Over the years, the Chamber has had many connections with the Royal Family, from our Royal Sutton Coldfield division to the late HRH Queen 's role as Patron of the British Chambers of Commerce, quite a few Royal visits, to Queen 's and now King 's Awards for Excellence winners among our network.

“The King and the Chamber network share a passion for supporting local while fostering global connections and taking brand Britain (or in our case brand Greater Birmingham) out around the world.

“We look forward to the King and Queen Consort playing a central role in strengthening our global ties and wish them all the best for the future. ”
