Chamber leaders recognised in 35 under 35 list
Leading figures from across the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce group have been recognised in BusinessLive 's 35 under 35 list today.
Henrietta Brealey, chief executive of GBCC, Jaccy Datta, president of Future Faces, and Shani Dhanda, vice-president of Asian Business Chamber of Commerce were among top business leaders ranked in the listing.
In March, Ms Brealey (pictured) was appointed as the youngest chief executive in the Chamber 's 206-year history.
Previously, she was appointed chief strategy officer following five years as director of policy and strategic relations at the Chamber.
Ms Brealey 's work has involved overseeing internal strategy processes, leading Chamber research, policy, stakeholder engagement and campaigns activity as well as management of the organisation 's patronage group.
In 2019, she was named as one of BirminghamLive 's Brum 30 Under 30.
Jaccy was appointed as Future Faces president last year.
She is a specialist in tackling financial crime, currently serving as a compliance consultant in Santander UK 's anti-financial crime department.
After graduating from Bangor University in Spanish and Linguistics, Jaccy worked as an investigation specialist at Amazon 's London-based headquarters, helping to prevent and identify cases of fraud on the Amazon.es marketplace.
In 2016, she relocated to Birmingham to work as a financial crime and intelligence investigator for Deutsche Bank and was later promoted to the role of specialist advisor in the bank 's Business Advisory team.
Disability rights activist, Shani Dhanda, was named as the Asian Business Chamber 's vice-president last year.
Shani, who was born with the rare genetic condition Osteogensis Imperfecta, known as brittle bones, founded and leads three organisations focusing on diversity, including Diversability, the Asian Disability Network and the Asian Woman Festival.
She has also worked with major companies such as Google, Virgin Media and Viacom, and starred in a national TV advert for LinkedIn 's 'In It Together ' campaign.
In 2020, she was crowned overall Future Face of Greater Birmingham, at the young professionals Chamber 's annual awards.
Ben Francis, co-founder of Future Faces patron Gymshark, and CJ Lloyd Webley, founder of the Black Pounds Project and Birmingham Chamber member, were also featured in the list.
