Chamber set to welcome new committee members
Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce will make seven new appointments to its committee at an annual general meeting next week.
This will include a new vice-president to replace long-serving Clare Whalley and continue supporting president Phil Arkinstall and fellow vice-president Naeem Arif.
The AGM is taking place at The Townhouse, on the High Street, from midday on Thursday (8 September).
Members and non-members are encouraged to attend.
Chris Brewerton (pictured), head of the Sutton Coldfield Chamber, said: “We'll be hearing from our president Philip Arkinstall as we look back on a busy year and forward to the next 12 months.
“There will also be an update on how we plan to engage with and promote the business community across the Royal Town.
“As well as welcoming some new committee members, we will be saying thanks to some of those who are standing down after working incredibly hard over many years in their roles. ”
