Chamber members will have the opportunity to learn more about how AI is changing the nature of work during a forthcoming event in Sutton Coldfield.

‘Tech for Growth: AI and the Changing Nature of Work’ is a workshop being delivered as part of Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce’s Business Growth Studio.

Alex Zarifeh (pictured), founder of Futures Readiness, will cut through the noise to explore what AI really means for the future of work - and what firms need to be thinking about now.

The event takes place at the Royal Cinema in Sutton Coldfield on 21 May (8.30am to 10.30am).

Attendees can expect to gain insight into how AI is transforming the workplace, realistic predictions on the skills and roles that will define the next five years and a broader perspective on how to stay agile in a time of rapid change.

Alex brings over 15 years of frontline experience in education, having worked at The Arthur Terry School as a teacher, sixth form leader, and careers lead.

He went on to launch Futures Readiness within the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership, supporting schools and colleges across the UK to prepare young people - and educators - for an AI-driven future.

Now a nationally recognised keynote speaker, Alex is known for delivering eye-opening sessions that challenge assumptions and spark new thinking.
