Chance awards meet results in new business contract

A chance meeting at the bar of the Solihull Chamber 2019 annual awards has resulted in a new business deal.

Johnsons Coaches have signed a two-year deal with Leap IT, who will provide IT support and consultancy services to the coach firm.

The contract is worth almost £250,000 over the next two years with the option to extend it for another two years in 2023.

Johnsons Coaches won Outstanding Large Business of the Year at the awards, where managing director John Johnson met Leap IT managing director Stuart Watson, where the two struck up their business relationship.

Stuart said: “We 've been members of the Solihull Chamber for 3 years and it 's been a great way for us to meet local businesses.

"Johnsons Coaches are well known in the Solihull area and its great to get their IT onboard with us."
