Charity ball returns to mark 35th anniversary of Midlands Air Ambulance

MAAC

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s Saving Lives Charity Ball will return this autumn as part of the organisation’s 35th anniversary celebrations.

The event will take place on Friday 25 September 2026 at Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham, and will bring together supporters, fundraisers, corporate partners, volunteers and members of the charity’s aircrew to celebrate the work that makes its missions possible.

Guests will enjoy a drinks reception, a three course dinner, an awards presentation and a varied programme of entertainment including a live band, fun casino and 360 photobooth, creating an evening of celebration, fundraising and inspiring stories that showcase the impact of the charity’s vital pre‑hospital emergency service.

The Saving Lives Charity Ball is one of the charity’s most anticipated events and offers a memorable black tie occasion for families, friends and colleagues to come together.

Supported by headline sponsor EBC Group, tickets are now on sale at £120pp, and demand is expected to be high for this milestone year.

One sponsorship space also remains available, offering a valuable opportunity for a business to gain prominent visibility at one of the region’s most recognised charity events.

As Midlands Air Ambulance Charity does not receive any Government funding and relies entirely on public and corporate generosity, events like the Saving Lives Charity Ball play a vital role in keeping its helicopters and critical care cars operational and ensuring advanced pre‑hospital emergency care continues across the Midlands.

The event provides an opportunity to reflect on how the charity has grown over the past 35 years, celebrate its present achievements and help secure the future of its lifesaving service.

Tickets are available online.
