Cheltenham Town winger Alex Addai has joined Solihull Moors on a short-term loan.

The 27-year-old will stay with the club until May, becoming Mark Yates ' second signing since his return to the club.

Mr Addai (pictured), who started his career at Tottenham Hotspur, joined the Robins in 2018 after a two-year spell at Merstham.

The London-born attacker started as a youngster at Spurs before joining Blackpool as a trainee.

He has had previous spells at Carshalton Athletic, Whitehawk and Kingstonian.

In November 2020, Mr Addai spent time with National League rivals Maidenhead United on loan, scoring one goal in five appearances for the Magpies.

He said: “I 've heard a lot about the club, it 's been making a lot of noise for a long time - I 'm excited and happy to join in.

“The facilities are second-to-none and all of the staff and players have made me feel really welcome.

“I 'm quick, direct and I love to create things. That 's what you can expect from me.

“The team are on an excellent run at the minute so hopefully I can get some minutes under my belt, affect football matches and get us as high up as possible. ”
