Coach operator supports historic HS2 tunnel breakthrough in Birmingham
National coach operator Bouden Coach Travel has supported the breakthrough of the HS2 Bromford Tunnel by providing essential shuttle services for the Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV) workforce.
Bouden Coach Travel was on-site during the historic tunnel breakthrough, facilitating the movement of people around the site.
The HS2 project celebrated a significant milestone as the tunnel boring machine (TBM) "Mary Ann" completed the first bore of the 3.5-mile Bromford Tunnel, connecting Warwickshire and Birmingham.
This achievement marks what will be the longest railway tunnel ever built in the West Midlands and is a testament to the dedication and hard work of all involved parties.
Adel Bouden, director at Bouden Coach Travel said: "We are honoured to have played a part in this monumental achievement.
"Our team's dedication to ensuring seamless transportation for the workforce and visitors has been unwavering, and we look forward to continuing our support as the HS2 project progresses."
