Coaching business backs mental health charity Mind

Leadership and personal development business, The Leadership Coaches, will be providing some of its services for free to mental health charity Mind, as part of a new drive to support the charity.

The business, based in the Midlands, has chosen to support Mind as its charity of the year, after successfully supporting drug, alcohol and mental health charity We Are With You last year.

Launched in 1967 by Mollie Craven, We Are With You has been supporting those with drug, alcohol and mental health issues, delivering their services across England and Scotland. We Are With You works with people in community settings, prisons and rehabilitation.

The Leadership Coaches, despite facing a turbulent business environment as a result of the pandemic in its first year of trading, completed complimentary coaching training and donated £1,000 to the charity.

During this year 's charity initiative for Mind, The Leadership Coaches will deliver six free leadership and raise funds for the charity.

Director of coaching, Zoe Lewis (pictured), commented: “Thanks to all of our followers who voted for our next Charity of the Year, which is Mind. As a user of Mind services myself and having personally supported a number of their campaigns, I'm delighted to hear this. I'm also painfully aware that this year has caused an increase in demand for their services and Mind service users will benefit deeply from our support.

“As part of our support we offer complimentary leadership coaching to them and we will also raise funds and donate from company profit to help make a difference where it matters. It's our pleasure to support this worthy charity."

The Leadership Coaches was set up last year, and offers an array of professional and personal coaching services delivered by experienced practitioners hand-picked by Ms Lewis.
