Coaching hub launched by experts
A coaching hub is being launched by Birmingham-based Work Horizons.
The firm, made up of people management and coaching leaders and professionals, is launching its new hub during a webinar taking place tomorrow, from 12.30pm.
Coaching, Work Horizons says, allows organisations, teams and individuals to apply tools and techniques to achieve clarity of purpose, enhance engagement and productivity, and embed new ways of working and develop better relationships.
Coaching also provides a variety of benefits, including helping to assist leaders in thinking and planning more strategically, manage risk, develop a culture of trust and improve cognitive capacities.
During the launch of the coaching hub, a range of coaching experts will be offering their insight on the value of coaching.
Panellists include, Diane Rance (pictured), council member for Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, and Fiona Anderson, who have delivered webinars as part of the Chamber 's Growth Through People 2021 campaign, as well as Harry Dunlevy, Dr Ann Terry, Lorna Wallace-Davis and Mike Thorne.
