Coaching teams wins top award

The Leadership Coaches have been named Professional Services Start-Up of the Year 2022 in a new series of national awards.

The StartUp Awards national Series held its first StartUp Awards Midlands event in Birmingham.

Midlands-based businesses were recognised at the first StartUp Awards Midlands ceremony in Birmingham, with The Leadership Coaches being named the winner in the professional services category.

Having launched in 2020 just before the Covid-19 pandemic hit, The Leadership Coaches strive to be the UK 's No 1 corporate coaching supplier.

With a team of 20 credible and experienced leadership coaches, the organisation supports clients both nationally and internationally, offering services including one-to-one leadership coaching, team coaching, talent and graduate coaching, and bespoke leadership and management programmes.

Director of coaching Zoe Lewis (pictured) said: “We are thrilled to have won the National Start-Up Awards for the Birmingham Professional Services Category.
