Coinadrink earns top prize at industry awards
Vending operator Coinadrink has been named as Best Overall Operator at The Vendies – an awards ceremony recognising excellence in the vending and workplace refreshment industry.
Coinadrink managing director Tom Williams and credit controller Dani Pereira collected the award at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, London.
The award marks a major milestone for the family-run business, which celebrated its 64th anniversary earlier this year and continues to grow through a combination of innovation, exceptional service and long-standing customer relationships.
Tom Williams said: “It is an incredibly proud moment to see Coinadrink win best overall operator at The Vendies awards 2026.
“To be recognised as the best in the industry is a huge moment for the whole team.”
Coinadrink was recognised for its continued investment in technology, customer service and workplace refreshment innovation, alongside its strong family values and people-first culture.
Over the last year, the company has continued to expand sustainably while maintaining the personal service and reliability that has defined the business since 1962.
Its achievements include becoming the first UK operator to introduce Micro Markets in 2013 and launching its bespoke Smart Fridge solution in 2024.
Recent investments in live-data technology and bespoke software platforms have also enabled the business to improve efficiency, reduce waste and deliver a more tailored customer experience.
Alongside winning Best Overall Operator, Coinadrink was also highly commended in the Customer Service category.
Tom added: “Our team work hard day in day out to deliver the best possible service to our customers and this is reward for everything they do.
“We are nothing without them.”
The judges also recognised Coinadrink’s strong workplace culture, with many employees having spent decades with the business.
Tom said: “We have achieved consistent and sustainable growth and have proven that delivering a great service at a fair price with a family business culture achieves incredible results.
"We’ll be celebrating this one for a while!”
