Commercial property advisors win top national award

Garrison Real Estate were announced as the ‘Commercial Agency Team of the Year’ at the recent National Property Awards 2025, marking an impressive first year for the business.

The awards ceremony held at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham where B Events National Property Awards welcomed over 500 property professionals from across the UK.

The event was hosted by Phil Oldershaw and guests enjoying a night of networking, entertainment, and celebration.

The judges said that Garrison Real Estate has quickly become a dynamic force in the UK commercial property market. 

In just its first year, Garrison advised on over 500,000 sq ft of transactions, including major deals in Lichfield and Coventry.

Founded in 2024 by industry veterans Jon Ryan-Gill and John Sambrooks, with over 50 years of combined experience, the Birmingham-based company specialises in industrial, logistics, office, and strategic land, delivering tailored acquisition, disposal, development, and consultancy services.
