Sutton Coldfield head-quartered commercial property consultants, Burley Browne, have acted on behalf of a private investor in a £925,000 sale.
Burley Browne provides a comprehensive range of commercial property services to a wide variety of clients. These include private individuals and small businesses, through to pension funds, banks, property investors and developers, multi-national companies and national retail and leisure operators.
This exchange involved the sale of a 14,351 sq ft Warwickshire industrial unit at Well Spring Close, Carlyon Road Industrial Estate in Atherstone, which is is currently let to global heat exchanger manufacturers, Kelvion Limited.
Acting on behalf of a private investor, Burley Browne concluded the freehold sale within a relatively short period of marketing, according to senior associate director Ben Nicholson.
Ben said: “It is relatively rare for freehold industrial units to come to the market so we weren 't surprised to see a great deal of interest in the property from investors.
"We are receiving unprecedented levels of enquiries for industrial premises which in many instances results in competing interest.
“We were delighted to have concluded this deal with a private investor and this disposal further demonstrates the continued high level of demand for this style of opportunity."
The unit consists of two interconnecting industrial buildings, with single story offices, a detached storage unit and a large, secure yard.
