Common Purpose brings flagship leadership programme back to Birmingham
International not-for-profit organisation Common Purpose is bringing its high-impact leadership programme back to Birmingham - investing directly in the city’s next generation of ambitious, high-potential leaders.
Delivered in the heart of Birmingham, the Beacon programme transforms the city into a live learning environment.
It will start on 15 April with an online session, followed by three in person days from 21 to 23 April happening at the Botanical Gardens, Trowers and Hamlins, and the Birmingham Midland Institute.
Across the three immersive days, participants gain the mindset, skills and cross-sector insight to lead with greater confidence, empathy and organisational impact.
Alongside Beacon, Common Purpose also delivers Lighthouse, a national programme for senior strategic leaders spanning London, Cardiff, Belfast and Edinburgh - designed for those shaping culture, strategy and long-term impact across sectors.
Louise Teboul, partnership director for Common Purpose, said: “I’m really excited that we’re bringing one of our UK-wide programmes back to Brum, the city is diverse, easy to navigate and a great place to explore leadership across all sectors.”
