Conference Aston completes sustainable refurbishment of hotel rooms
As part of its ongoing investment programme, Birmingham’s leading residential events venue, Conference Aston, has completed a full refurbishment of its single person hotel rooms over the summer.
The upgraded rooms are now brighter, more spacious and redesigned with sustainable materials used, reflecting the venue’s continued commitment to comfort, quality, and environmental responsibility.
Completed over the summer, the renovation project focused on creating a fresh, modern look while prioritising environmental responsibility.
The newly updated rooms offer a brighter, more modern and spacious environment for guests. The redesign includes improved layout and functionality, creating more usable floor space through updated furniture, fixtures and fittings.
New flooring has been installed throughout the rooms to create a lighter, cleaner aesthetic, while smart design choices are set to improve functionality and overall guest experience.
The project focused on reusing and repurposing existing wardrobes, desks and carpet, significantly reducing waste to landfill.
Samantha Brown, head of Conference Aston, said: “Our goal was to elevate guest experience while staying true to our values. By reimagining rather than replacing, we’ve reduced our environmental footprint without compromising on style or quality.
“This renovation reflects our promise to continually improve experience, and we’re proud to offer rooms that are not only more comfortable and contemporary, but also kinder to the planet.”
