The company has now officially joined the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, underlining its commitment to supporting local businesses with practical, people-centred solutions.
Matt Bullock, COO and co-founder, said: “We launched Ignite Performance Consultancy to create agile, measurable, people-centred interventions that accelerate capability, engagement, and business outcomes.
He added: “Our focus is on building environments where everyone can consistently succeed, while helping leaders and teams develop the agile mindset needed to navigate continual change.
“From new joiners to senior executives, we equip people with the confidence and tools to deliver real impact in a fast-evolving world.”
Since its incorporation, Ignite has partnered with SMEs and larger enterprises, providing bespoke leadership development, cultural change initiatives, and executive coaching.
The consultancy focuses on understanding each organisation’s unique demands, aspirations, and challenges to design solutions that drive measurable behaviour change and a strong return on investment.
Based in the West Midlands, Ignite combines the agility of a boutique consultancy with the experience and gravitas of seasoned industry practitioners.
Matt and Kerrie bring expertise and community insight through their leadership roles with organisations such as Acorns Children’s Hospice and Birmingham Royal Institution for the Blind, strengthening their support for local businesses.
