Consulting firm unveils new brand and revamped website
Talent management firm JAM People Consulting has launched a refreshed brand identity, with a new website and updated visual direction.
Over the past 12 months, JAM People Consulting have undergone a full rebrand designed to better reflect who they are, the impact they aim to create, and the organisations they partner with.
This includes a new visual identity, a more attractive, informative and user- friendly website, and a bespoke brand photoshoot capturing the energy, authenticity, and purpose behind their work.
This period of growth has also seen JAM People Consulting recognised externally, recently placing as finalists at the HR Awards 2026 in the ‘Consultancy of the Year <10 employees’ category.
Chartered business psychologist and director Jane Arthur-McGuire said: “Our rebrand is more than a new look. It is a renewed expression of our purpose and professionalism, and providing our clients with the relatable tailored service and quality that they need.
“At JAM People Consulting, our Vision is to create workplaces where people thrive, cultures flourish and businesses succeed sustainably.
“Our new brand has been shaped with this in mind. From the language we use on our website to the imagery we have created, our goal is to reflect the kind of workplaces we help build and transform so you can relate your organisation’s: human, energising, values driven, and built for long term success.”
The new website has been redesigned to offer clearer explanations of their services and approach.
To bring the brand to life visually, they partnered with photographer Kate Hollingsworth.
