An accountancy firm is broadening its digital transformation capability through the purchase of a people-led change management consultancy.

Cooper Parry has acquired UNNA which helps organisations successfully implement major technology and business transformations.

Founded by Charlotte Talmage in 2023, UUNA’s network of 50+ associates delivers large scale transformation programmes, supports ERP turnarounds and builds internal change capability across organisations in the UK, US, Europe, Canada and Australia.

Clients include Oxford University Press, Hays, American Physical Society, Cognizant, WSP, Unite Students, City of London, Arup, Heidelberg Materials, Modulaire and Scientific Games.

This marks CP’s ninth deal since partnering with New York-based private equity firm Lee Equity Partners in 2025.

Charlotte Talmage, UUNA founder and CEO, said: “I always wanted to build a business my kids would be proud of. And joining Cooper Parry is an extension of that.

“As the UK’s largest accountancy B Corp they too believe in using business as a force for good, have an incredible culture, and are building a thriving digital capability.

“Central to this, we’ll be supporting people-led change and transformation. For our clients it means we'll have even more tools, support, ideas and capability to deliver great change together.

“For our consultants, it means even more opportunities to do brilliant work. We can’t wait.”
