Corporate cleaning firm strengthens operations team with new contract manager

KWB Corporate Cleaning has strengthened its operations team with the appointment of experienced industry professional Niki Baker as contract manager.

Niki joins KWB with many years of experience in the cleaning industry and has already made a positive impression across the business, working closely with both clients and colleagues.

Having met with managing director Jim Duffy and the wider team before joining the company, Niki said she was immediately struck by the ambition of the company.

She said: “After meeting with Jim and the team at KWB and listening to their plans for the business, I was struck by their professionalism, vision and customer care.

“Having personally been involved in the cleaning industry for many years, it was so refreshing to see a company that actually delivers on its commitments to the client.
