Participants will be able to discover effective resilience ‘life-hacks’, move from poor mental health to mental fitness and determine how to make stress work.
Speaking about the webinar, Lucy Gratton, commissioning officer of Staffordshire County Council said: “Taking care of our well-being is essential for a productive workplace, and these webinars are a fantastic addition to our Staffordshire workplace health and wellbeing offer to local businesses.
“We hope you can join us for expert insights on mental fitness, nutrition, movement, and more!”
