Staffordshire County Council has partnered with Wellbeing People to launch a series of free life webinars to tie in with Mental Health Awareness week.

The first webinar, covering mental wellbeing will start on Thursday, 16 May from 2 to 3pm. Click here to register.

Every year, one in four people experience a mental health problem, a staggering statistic that demonstrates the importance of mental wellbeing in the workplace.

Participants will be able to discover effective resilience ‘life-hacks’, move from poor mental health to mental fitness and determine how to make stress work.

Speaking about the webinar, Lucy Gratton, commissioning officer of Staffordshire County Council said: “Taking care of our well-being is essential for a productive workplace, and these webinars are a fantastic addition to our Staffordshire workplace health and wellbeing offer to local businesses.

“We hope you can join us for expert insights on mental fitness, nutrition, movement, and more!”
