Council’s business support programme launches Founders Sprint in Solihull
Solihull Council’s Enterprise for Success has announced the launch of its Founders Sprint for post start businesses in Solihull, led by newly appointed business coach Esther Partridge Warner.
Esther (pictured) is a seasoned business coach who specialises in helping post start businesses turn early traction into sustainable growth. In Solihull, she will lead diagnostics, implementation clinics, and cohort facilitation for the Founders Sprint as part of Enterprise for Success.
The Founders Sprint is a focused, four-week programme designed to help trading founders (typically within 36 months of starting) make fast, practical progress on lead generation, cash flow readiness and operating routines.
Each cohort combines weekly sessions with hands on clinics, so participants leave with practical working systems, not just notes.
Councillor Heather Delaney, cabinet portfolio holder for Economy, Business & Skills at Solihull Council, said: “Solihull Council is committed to supporting local businesses at every stage of their journey. The Founders Sprint offers targeted, practical support to help early-stage entrepreneurs build momentum, strengthen their operations, and grow with confidence. It’s a fantastic addition to our business support landscape.”
Peter Daniel, founder of Rock Solid consulting, said: “We’re excited to bring the Founders Sprint to Solihull under the Enterprise for Success banner, with Esther at the helm. Her outcomes first coaching style turns busy into breakthrough.”
The first cohort start date will be 27 October 2025 (Solihull).
