Council to offer training workshops in bid to boost tourism

East Staffordshire Borough Council has announced a series of free training workshops, part funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (Funded by UK Government) to help support tourism and visitor economy business throughout East Staffordshire.

The workshops, hosted by The Hilton Hotel at St Georges Park and Hoar Cross Hall (pictured), will be delivered by Epona Marketing who have over 20 years’ experience working with visitor economy attractions.

Four workshop will be delivered on two dates during September, covering a wide range of topics, aimed at a wide range of small and medium size from a small café, an accommodation provider, or a large a busy visitor attraction, the workshops will provide staff with the core knowledge to help them successfully attract more visitors, and vitally more income.

The workshops will also include break-out sessions, time to talk and share experiences with other delegates, and a copy of the presentation.

The marketing masterclass and digital wellbeing will be held at the Hoar Cross Hall on 10 September from 9 am to 4.30 pm. Click here to register.
