Customer experience expert partners with facilities management firm to accelerate growth plans

Capstone Strategic Integration, a consultancy specialising in customer experience strategy and service-led business growth, has expanded its working relationship with facilities managment company Trades247.

Capstone Strategic Integration was initially engaged by Wolverhampton-headquartered Trades247 in a part-time advisory capacity, conducting a thorough review of the company's brand, operational processes, and customer experience positioning.

Following a positive assessment of that early work, the partnership has been extended into a broader and more comprehensive arrangement.

Capstone will now lead on the delivery of a series of growth initiatives, encompassing employee experience, customer journey development, approved service partner onboarding and engagement, and the identification of technology solutions to support a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Shaun Cremins, founder of Capstone Strategic Integration and vice-president of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce, said: "Trades247 is a facilities management business with a strong foundation and real ambition.
