Customer experience expert partners with major awards

A customer experience expert, business owner and Burton Chamber board member is partnering with a major awards ceremony recognising innovative businesses.

Michelle Spaul, owner of Delta Swan, is supporting the UK Business & Innovation Awards, organised by organised by Awards International.

The UK Business & Innovation Awards recognise the success of businesses who have achieved “best-in-class ” performance.

The 2023 awards take place online, with the winners being announced on 31 January.

Michelle (pictured) said: “This is the natural progression for us following our collaboration over the last two years.

“I have seen many wonderful businesses share and be recognised for their achievements and I would like to bring some of that glory to the members of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.
