Dains strengthens East Midlands presence with new office
Dains accountancy and advisory firm has opened a new office in Leicester, strengthening its commitment to the East Midlands and providing a modern base for colleagues.
The move brings together more than 100 colleagues from Leicester and Rugby in a purpose-built workspace designed to support continued growth, collaboration and exceptional client service.
The investment enables Dains to bring together a broader range of specialists in one location, driving a joined-up approach across its accounting, audit, tax, corporate finance and wider business advisory services.
It also reflects the Group’s commitment to the region, supporting striving businesses with the strength and depth of expertise to support their ambitions.
Bringing the Leicester and Rugby teams together in a single location will create greater opportunities for collaboration, harness client-focused solutions and provide access to faster, more connected advice.
Located at Lakeside House, Grove Park – Leicester’s premier business park – the Grade A office provides 10,845 sq ft of high-quality workspace, with capacity for up to 100 colleagues and room to support the group’s future ambitions in the East Midlands.
Lakeside House, which is also home to Selfridges, has benefited from extensive refurbishment, including modern interior design and facilities, collaborative working areas and social space.
Colleagues and clients will benefit from excellent transport links, ample parking, electric vehicle charging points and easy access to local amenities, with Fosse Park just a short walk away.
The investment follows strong growth across the East Midlands and increasing demand from businesses for advisers who can support them beyond compliance, helping them make confident decisions around growth, investment, succession and funding in an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
Richard McNeilly, CEO of the Dains Group said: “The East Midlands is an incredibly important region for Dains.
“It is home to a vibrant business community, ambitious entrepreneurs and growing organisations looking for trusted advisers who understand where they want to go, anticipate challenges ahead and bring together the right expertise to help them make confident decisions.
“Investing in our new Leicester office demonstrates our commitment to the region, matched by a real confidence in our capabilities and approach to expand further there. It also provides an excellent environment for our colleagues, helping us attract and retain talented people.”
Mark Tuckwell, regional managing partner at Dains said: “This investment is about creating the right environment for our people and our clients.
“Bringing our Leicester and Rugby teams together gives us greater opportunities to collaborate, share expertise and provide the joined-up support that growing businesses need.
“Lakeside House provides a fantastic working environment with excellent facilities. As demand for our services continues to increase across the East Midlands, this office gives us the capacity to expand our team, strengthen client relationships and continue investing in the region for the long term.”
