Dani aims to raise the experience of work and daily life

A performance coach who has worked with some of the world's biggest brands is bringing her expertise to raise the experience of work and daily life for businesses in Birmingham.

Birmingham-based small business Lift This Life is going from strength to strength in helping people to deal with turbulent times.

Having started her career working on the TV show Top Gear, managing director Dani Grieveson (pictured) has worked with internationally-renowned and high-performance brands, including Coca-Cola, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and the Olympic Games.

Dani is trained and certified in the science of strength psychology and in high-performance team coaching and says she continually invests in her professional development to ensure she learns and shares the most impactful and innovative ways of raising people and teams.

Dani founded Lift This Life in 2019 to powerfully raise experience of work and daily life, helping leaders and teams discover and lift their strength and value.

Since inception, the business has worked with Tesla and The Est�e Lauder Companies Inc in building confidence and tackling imposter syndrome. Dani says high-performance leaders and teams have come to trust her for raising strength, confidence and ultimate performance in work and daily life.

Speaking on bringing her experience and expertise to businesses in Birmingham, Dani said: “I 'm seeing in many sectors that people are close to burn-out, so I am resolute to support people in my hometown of Birmingham and earnestly discover their strengths and values.

“I 'm driven to amplify the success momentum of the Midlands. Recognising that horsepower and watt have their history right here in Birmingham, that 's what I aim to do for the business community here - to help people find their watt within for work and daily life. ”

In recognition of her fastidiously researched and innovative six-pillar performance process at Lift This Life, Dani was named as a Finalist for Innovation by the Midlands Business Awards in 2021. She also guest lectures in leadership for British Army, Royal Airforce and Royal Navy personnel at Cranfield University.
