Decorator completes project at Regent Street property
Leading Henley-in-Arden-based commercial decoration company Harvey UK has completed a major contract to decorate a listed building London's Regent Street which has royal connections.
Harvey UK has carried out all of the painting, decorating, resin flooring and finishing work on 44 high-end apartments in the recently-redeveloped Morley House - part of the Crown Estate.
The renovation of the seven-storey Morley House - a Grade II listed building constructed in 1924 - has been carried out by Kier Construction and also includes 11,000 sq ft of retail space.
Harvey UK managing director Tony Harvey said they were delighted to be involved in such a prestigious high-value residential project, which is part of the long-term transformation of Regent Street by the Crown Estate.
"We have done a lot high-end work in London on exclusive residential developments so we are familiar with the very high standards of finishing required in this very distinctive and desirable property," he said.
