Dynamic recruiting duo celebrate successful second business birthday

A Solihull based recruitment agency, The Recruitment Duo, have just celebrated their second business birthday.

Founders Holly Vaughan and Louise Dunn say it has been a whirlwind two years of trading for The Recruitment Duo, who have supported nearly 50 businesses in the Solihull and surrounding areas with their recruitment needs and guided over 150 people into new jobs. A year into their business journey they recruited their first employee Abby Jarmy, and plans are afoot to grow their team in 2024.

Then a crowning moment for the dynamic duo Holly Vaughan and Louise Dunn, came as they were awarded “Excellence in Customer Services” at this year’s Solihull Chamber of Commerce awards held in October at the Hilton Metropole. They were awarded in recognition of their ability to provide a best-in-class recruitment service to their candidates and clients.

Louise Dunn, co-founder and director of The Recruitment Duo commented: “We envisaged our business thriving as we have successfully worked alongside each other since 2008, but the level of success we have experienced in such a short space of time is outstanding. We are overjoyed to have our achievements recognised so early into our business journey. We are now looking ahead to our growth plans, to ensure we can continue exceeding and delivering results on behalf of our candidates and clients.”
