Ecommerce experts talk exceptional online service

Birmingham ecommerce experts, Eastside Co, will be discussing the hurdles small businesses face - and how to overcome them - when delivering exceptional customer service virtually, during an online event taking place this week.

With ecommerce booming due to the closure of physical shops and more people shopping online, Eastside say that consumer expectations are higher than ever when it comes to customer service from online providers.

To help smaller firms boost their virtual customer service, a series of experts will be taking part in a panel discussion hosted by Eastside on Thursday, 22 April at 4pm.

Speakers include Louis Lavedan, strategic partner manager at ecommerce helpdesk provider Gorgias and Mike Hayter (pictured), ecommerce manager at street fashion brand Route One.

They will be joined by Eastside 's chief executive Jason Stokes and Louis Thompson, Eastside marketing director during the discussion.
