Education charity announces partnership with recruitment agency
Titan Partnership has welcomed Tradewind Recruitment as their newest business member, ready to begin working together on a range of impactful initiatives that will form part of their membership with the charity.
Tradewind’s partnership comes at a significant time, as Titan celebrates its 25th anniversary as a charity supporting schools, staff, and young people across Birmingham.
As part of their membership, Tradewind will support the Titan Fund, a grant scheme that has already distributed over £8,000 to schools for vital projects including providing clothing for disadvantaged young people, updating school libraries, and creating wellbeing spaces for pupils with special educational needs.
Tradewind will directly fund a £500 school grant, continuing the Fund’s legacy of empowering schools to make a real difference in their communities.
Tradewind will also sponsor an award at the Titan Annual Awards and Charity Dinner, an event celebrating the exceptional achievements of staff and students across the Titan network.
In addition, they are helping to enable young people to attend the 20th Anniversary of Titan Aston Olympians, the Charity’s flagship four-day primary sports event taking place in June. The inspiring event raises aspirations through sport and provides children with a memorable experience on a university campus.
With a strong commitment to the education workforce, Tradewind will also share their expertise to support trainee teachers on the Charity’s Initial Teacher Training Programme, strengthening the pipeline of future educators in the region.
Frances Child, executive director of Titan Partnership, said: “It’s fantastic to have Tradewind on board as a business member. Without the support of businesses like Tradewind, our charity would not be able to sustain the incredible impact we make on schools, their staff, and their young people. We know this partnership will make a tangible difference, and we’re excited to start working with them.”
Alison Lincoln, partnerships director, Tradewind Recruitment, said: “We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Titan Partnership to support their fantastic work across Birmingham. We are committed to giving back to the pupils who inspire everything we do. Through this partnership, we’re proud to play an active role in nurturing local talent, supporting educational excellence, and making a real difference within the communities we serve.”
Nick Murphy, CEO, Tradewind Recruitment, said: “We’re proud to join forces with Titan Partnership as part of our ongoing commitment to giving something back to those who matter most — the students. This partnership reflects our belief in creating meaningful impact within our communities by supporting education and helping every student reach their full potential. Because education matters!”
