Employers across the region invited for free army ‘masterclass’ on leadership
Employers across the West Midlands are being offered a “masterclass” in Army leadership for junior and middle managers next month.
The training programme, titled ‘Exercise Future Leader’ will be conducted by the 159 Regiment, Royal Logistic Corps.
It will take place on Thursday 19 June at Venning Barracks in Telford from 9 am to 4.30 pm.
Exercise Future Leader is a free leadership training event with the aim to brief and demonstrate, over a single day, how the Army does leadership in both theory and practice.
This training is aimed for those in both first-line and mid-level management and for those looking at stepping into a leadership role.
Participants will receive some leadership theory, apply the leadership theory to a series of command tasks and then take part in a final fun team activity.
Lunch will also be available.
