A founder of one of Europe’s fastest-growing energy consultancies has been announced as the second speaker of the upcoming Quarterly Business Report briefing, organised by Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.

Aaron Dardi (pictured), founder and managing director of ENERGYbubble, will join Jo Roberts from Birmingham Airport as an expert panellist.

The event will take place at Birmingham City University’s Curzon building on Tuesday, 7 July from 9 am to 11 am.

Aaron has an academic background in Actuarial Science from The London School of Economics and membership of Mensa. He brings a deeply analytical understanding of risk, markets and commercial decision-making.

He began his career in investment banking and strategy, developing experience across complex financial structures, risk management and corporate growth.

Alongside this, Aaron has led and scaled family businesses across manufacturing, healthcare and real estate, giving him first-hand insight into the pressures facing business owners in volatile economic conditions.

ENERGYbubble was born from Aaron’s own need to manage energy risk within his family’s manufacturing business.

That practical, owner-led solution became the foundation for a wider platform helping businesses navigate energy markets with greater transparency and control.

In 2026, ENERGYbubble was ranked by the Financial Times as the 31st fastest-growing business in Europe.

As the GBCC flagship economic publication, the Quarterly Business Report is the most comprehensive regular report of its kind in the city-region.

Underpinning the report is data gathered from quarterly surveys completed by businesses from across the Greater Birmingham area.

The Quarterly Business Report event is delivered in partnership with Chamber patron Birmingham City University.

Delegates in attendance will have the opportunity to receive a copy of the report and watch a detailed presentation of the results and wider trends, followed by an expert panel discussion on investments trends.

The panel will be chaired by Raj Kandola, deputy CEO at Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.

Raj said: “Aaron has built ENERGYbubble into one of Europe’s fastest-growing energy consultancies, helping businesses navigate increasingly complex market conditions, and I’m delighted he’ll be joining us for our upcoming Quarterly Business Report Briefing.

“His experience across energy, finance and business growth provides a valuable perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing organisations today.

“It will be great to hear from Aaron firsthand as we explore how businesses across the region can respond to global uncertainty while identifying opportunities for local growth and investment.”
